At Canuck Place, pediatric palliative care is planned and delivered through the collaborative efforts of an interdisciplinary team.
The team includes:
- The child and his/her family
- Physicians and nurses
- Bereavement counsellors
- Chaplain
- School teachers
- Recreation, music, and play therapists
- Social workers
- Volunteers
