Vancouver Police Department Chief Constable Jim Chu and his wife Vicki, a retired police officer, recently visited the Hospice for a tour.

The visit highlights the caring and concern the Vancouver Police Department has for non-profit organizations, such as Canuck Place, and the safety and security of our children and families.

The Vancouver Police Department has been supportive in the Hospice in other ways – most recently donating $ 4,000 in funds raised from the hosting the 2008 Western Canada Gang Conference.
