Around the Clock Consultation

Members of the interdisciplinary team provide consultation services to families at home and to other service providers involved with children and families who have progressive, life threatening illnesses

Medical and nursing staff provides consultation advice and support to other care providers or families not residing in the Hospice 24 hours per day.  They can call in at anytime and receive help via our toll-free phone line:  1.877.882.2288

Members of the interdisciplinary team also provide expert advice, education and consultation in the field of pediatric hospice palliative care to other service providers involved in the care of these children, including home care agencies, physicians, nurses, social workers and other disciplines in hospitals or the community.
