Canuck Place Children’s Hospice provides complex pediatric palliative care for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families across BC and the Yukon. A full life has many meaningful moments, and at Canuck Place, we believe that the shortest lives should be the fullest of them all. Together, we support families in living the end of life as fully as the beginning.

We all have finite days. And whether our time is a little longer—or all too short, what matters most is making memories we can carry for a lifetime. What if you had one more outing as a family? How would you spend that time? At Canuck Place, we help families create meaningful moments together. Our recreational therapists facilitate annual camps, community outings, and special events so families can cherish their time together. Your generosity can give families one more moment to carry with them.
1 More Cuddle
Imagine a day when the world slows down, and all that matters is one more cuddle with your loved one. For families at Canuck Place, it’s the little things, a fleeting moment of normalcy, that means the most. Canuck Place provides 24-hour in-hospice clinical care and medical respite for children and families. Children receive pain and symptom management, recreation therapy, and counselling. They go to school, play music, and create art. With your support, families make the most of the time they have left.
